WELCOME TO THE WINDY CITY
We expect a wide range of out of town athletes and their families to attend the 2017 Rise & Fire event. So we've made arrangements with the Courtyard Marriott Chicago/Elmhurst to offer discounted room rates for those needing overnight accommodations. The hotel is 9 minutes from the training location at Plunkett Park. And downtown Elmhurst is filled with quaint shops and great restaurants. And for those looking to get more into the Loop, downtown Chicago is only 18 miles away. The hotel is also very convenient to both O'Hare and Midway Airports. For those looking for a discounted room rate, please email email@example.com to obtain the code upon securring your slot at our camp.
RIDE IN STYLE TO RISE & FIRE
For those athletes and their parents staying at the Courtyard Marriott, transportation will be provided each to and from the field. There will be a designated time each day to leave the hotel in the morning and also return in the afternoon.
When do I check in to the event?
All athletes are welcome to pre-check in on Friday Night, May 26th at the Courtyard Marriott Chicago/Elmhurst. Quarterbacks are HIGHLY encouraged to check in on Friday, to not only take advantage of receiving their playbooks an entire day early, but also to receive their complete gear and swag package. Skill players may choose to check in on Friday, Saturday at Plunkett Park before the Elite QB Training or on Sunday right before the Rise & Fire Campetition. More info will be provided after registration is closed.
My son wants to learn how to play QB, should we sign up?
While we do not want to deny anyone the opportunity to train and compete, the Rise & Fire Campetition may not be the best setting for beginning level QB's who are just figuring out how to play the postion. This will be an elite level training program for varsity level starting QB's with the potential to play scholarship-level collegiate football. We do, however, offer the ideal situation for that type of QB in our 1-on-1 and group training through Next Level.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Football cleats are encouraged. You do not need a helmet or any pads. All QB's MUST bring their own football. Please bring the football you use during your games.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Next Level Athletix Founder Greg Holcomb can be contacted by phone at 773-615-5060. Or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is my registration/ticket refundable?
Ticket sales are FINAL. Your registration ABSOLUTELY CANNOT be refunded. For various reasons we must take this approach, similar to what many of the satellite camps are doing during the summer. However, any underclassmen athlete can transfer the cost of their 2017 event to the 2018 event.
