Ribbon Cutting for St. Bridget's Senior Residence

On July 30, 2014, join RCG Development Group, The Alpert Group, Mayor Steven Fulop and the Jersey City Council for the ribbon cutting for the St. Bridget's Senior Residence. Originally a rectory, convent, and school at the St. Bridget's Church, the $10.6 million dollar, 46-unit affordable housing project comprises two three-story and one five-story building located in the downtown Jersey City Van Vorst Park Historic District.
The St. Bridget's Senior Residence will be age-restricted to senior residents aged 55 years or more. Five non-age-restricted units will be set aside for people with physical disabilities, and nine units will be set aside for the frail elderly; social services will be provided to all occupants.
