Invitation Only Reception from 4 - 5:30 p.m. at the Sharpe House to honor Pines and Maples Society Members. Created in 2008, the Pines and Maples Society recognizes all donors who have made a leadership gift of $1,000 or more during a fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) to the College. Celebrate Proud to be Wilson! from 5 - 9 on the main green. All registered guests are invited to join us on the main green for a family friendly picnic with music to celebrate Proud to be Wilson! Your official weekend name tag is your admission ticket. A kids corner will be avaiable to entertain younger guests. Chambersburg's own micro-brewery, Roy Pitz, will have a cash bar available for those of age. ~This is a time to show your true colors and start the spirited Odds and Evens competition!

What is the refund policy?

No refunds will be given for cancellations after May 17, 2013.  If you require a refund or have questions, contact the Alumnae/i Relations Office at alumnae@wilson.edu, 717-262-2010/866-446-8660 or the Alumnae Association at aawc@wilson.edu.

Child Accomodations:  There is no lodging charge for children if the parent(s) provide bedding.  Children under 4 years of age also eat for free.

Campus Housing: Residence hall rooms are avaiable for $35 single or $30 double per person.  Linens are supplied but we suggest bringing extra towels.  You may also wish to bring a lamp, fan and/or blanket depending on the weather.

  • Note: Residence hall rooms are not air-conditioned.  There will be a limited number of fans avaiable for rent for $5 each.
  • Alumnae indicating mobility concerns will be placed in McElwain/Davison as these are the only residence halls with elevator access.  All other halls have step requirements.

Campus Smoking Policy:  Effective July 1, 2012 the Wilson campus is smoke-free, meaning that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Wilson College property.
