Note: Retail courses can be taken in any order convenient
Now that your retail business is up and running, what's next? The class is designed to build on the information from our Retail 101 class, but accessible to new attendees. Inventory management is not the sort of thing that gets most entrepreneurs' blood flowing, however this is directly tied to your growth and understanding of how to move product effectively. It is for everyone who is in the retailing business and/or anyone interested in opening a retail store of any kind, and now needs to maximize profitability. The class covers inventory management and revenue goal setting and growth.
This workshop is taught by Paula Mattisonsierra.
