Join Radha for this two hour workshop designed to give you an opportunity to slow down and feel more connected to yourself and the world around you. Practice will include a short session of light poses, guided breathing (pranayama), meditation for deep healing and relaxation. Learn how to bring meditation practice into your daily life. As a teacher, Radha combines her dance background and passion for yoga into a practice that helps students discover body and spiritual awareness.
