This master class is the union of two ancient healing systems: restorative Yoga and Reiki, and it'll offer a unique experience designed to balance the chakras, finding energetic equilibrium, clarity, and peace within.
A very gentle flow will take you through carefully selected restorative Yoga postures (seated or reclined) that will be held for several minutes, while Reiki masters will offer the treatment using the imposition of their hands. The Reiki energy flows through the hands of the practitioner into the person being treated, enhancing and accelerating the natural healing processes. Reiki helps to restore balance and harmony, and promotes the relaxation response.
The experience will be sealed with Yoga Nidra, a practice of conscious awareness in a near-sleep state, and a guided meditation. Come prepared to flow and let go!
