The National Organization of API Ending Sexual Violence (NAPIESV) invites Asian & Pacific Islander advocates to participate in an intensive training on addressing sexual violence in their communities and improving services.
NAPIESV and its partners (AF3IRM, Amita Swadhin, Banteay Srei, Balik sa Dagat Bangka Journey and Mia Mingus) have been creating a curriculum for the last months.
NAPIESV is inviting you to join us for three days to improve your sexual assault services!
August 29th to August 31st, 2014
8:30am to 5:00pm
Attendance is limited to 35 participants representing different API organizations and OVW-funded organizations.
20 scholarships are available, contact Mira Yusef regarding scholarship application.
This summit is approved by the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW).
