Resource Request Process Discussion
During this session, we hope to answer some of the most pressing questions like:
What is the "paper" process to request resources
...from the City to the Op Area?
...from one Section to Logistics?
...from County Departments to Logistics?
...from the Op Area to Region and to the State?
How can we convert that process to an online process in WebEOC?
Who's in charge of making requests?
What is the approval process?
How are resources tracked?
Who has the authority to spend money on resources?
How will resources be paid for? What are the spending limits?
How will resource expenses be reimbursed?
Who Should Attend
Anyone involved in ordering, tracking, purchasing resources during a disaster.
