Resource and Information Booth Registration: 5th Annual Festival of Hope

The 5th Annual Festival of Hope will take place on September 27, 2014. The event will again be held at the Tulare Outlet Center at 1407 Retherford St., Tulare, CA 93274.
Welcome to our resource and information booth registration page.
There is a limited amount of space for booths. Because in previous years we have had organizations register for a booth and not show up at our event, we will be accepting more registrations than we have space for. Booth availability will be based upon the order of arrival, then by order of registration. The early booth gets the space.
Also, new this year will be the request for all resource and information booths to provide their own table, chairs, and canopy. With the funding stream no longer available, the festival will need to rely on your help. Please be prepared to supply own equipment.
You only need to sign up once for your organization's representation. If you have more than one booth requirement, then please sign up once and add in the number of booths required. Our event officially runs from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm on Saturday. In order to register for a booth, you must commit to being present the entire day of participation. (You may arrive as early as 9 AM but you must still commit to remaining until 5 PM.)
Booths are limited to information and resources. Vending is not allowed. All booths must provide an information or service related to suicide prevention, including but not limited to: mental/behavioral health, substance abuse, support for military veterans, financial counseling, relationship counseling, social services, and similar services. Booths that do not fall within these or related areas may not be allowed to participate.
All registrations are subject to review and approval. A booth may be denied without explanation.
We will not allow non-registered booths at our event, and we will not have onsite registration for booths.
Should it appear that it will rain the weekend of our event, the event will not be canceled. Instead, the entire event will be moved to the International Agricenter at 4500 S. Laspina St., Tulare, CA 93274. If it looks like it will rain, our goal is to notify registrants approximately 3 days before our event (by Sept. 25).
All booths will be required to sign a release of liability form for the Tulare Outlet Center. Please fill out this form and return via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or via fax (559) 737-4692. Click here to download the form.
Each booth will receive a free t-shirt for their participation at this year's event. Booths will receive up to two (2) t-shirts if there is more than one person working the booth.
