The Brevard Zoo is hosting a FUNdraiser for the 16th Annual Space Coast Birding and Wildlife Festival featuring the RAPTOR PROJECT on Saturday, January 19, 2013 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm. Enjoy great hors d’oeuvres and drinks of choice from the cash bar.

The RAPTOR PROJECT features Jonathan Wood, Master Falconer, Wildlife Rehabilitator and Founder of the Raptor Project.

Plan to spend an evening with outstanding eagles, hawks, falcons and owls that have won the attention of enthralled audiences throughout the United States. You will have up-close photo opportunities and have a personal photo taken with a Raptor and Jonathan.

Brevard Nature Alliance

The Brevard Nature Alliance is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization.

The mission of the Brevard Nature Alliance, Inc. is to build public awareness and
appreciation of the value of Brevard County’s natural resources by fostering and
promoting ethical nature-based tourism.

The Brevard Nature Alliance (BNA) presdents the Annual Space Coast Birding and Wildlife Festival the 3rd or 4th week of January each year.  The Festival is the largest such event in the United States with an attendance of near 5,000 attendees.

The BNA presents other events and activities during the year.
