Come experience connection and intimacy in this Relational Mindfulness practice, and discover what may be in the way of having deeper connection in your relationships. The more we are aware of our blind spots, the greater our choice in any situation. The greater our choice, the greater our degree of relational freedom.
This is a fun and profound practice that supports us having richer and more fulfilling relationships while also experiencing the benefits of a meditation practice. In this "being state," we will access more choice about how we respond when interacting with others. This relational meditation is practiced by relating with others while maintaining self awareness of our experience in the present moment.
Attending this evening will support you in sharpening your ability to deeply see and connect with others as well as practice the art of being with yourself and others in your experience just as it is. Through this we can experience a deeper level of personal and relational intimacy as well as viscerally experience what another's world is like.
If you come, you don't have to be the focus of our attention. Everything we do in the evenings is optional. You can just be present and still experience the benefits of this work. As well, you might have your own profound awareness of yourself in being with another as they experience self discovery. So come and check it out and you can decide in the moment at what level you would like to participate.
This evening is co facilitated by Cheryl and Stefan. We will do partner exercises and also practice all together in one group with 2 facilitators present, which makes it all the more profound and insightful.
There are limited spots for this gathering. Please RSVP for $18 here at eventbrite.com or $20 at the door. Doors close 7pm.
Looking forward to connecting with you!
