Each week, we’ll examine a topic that’s relevant to weekend warriors and seasoned endurance athletes alike, using brief lectures, running/gait analysis and review and email follow up that will allow you review what you learned and work on drills for the remainder of the week on your own. Each session will culminate with a Crossfit workout designed to complement your needs and deficits as anendurance athlete.
