Register for Hoffman Estates H.S. Booster Club Craft and Vendor Fair

Hoffman Estates Loyal Parents will be holding their Spring Craft and Vendor Fair on March 8th at Hoffman Estates High School.

Our Craft Fair will be held in the HEHS Cafeteria.
All items must be handmade, however we will allow a small number of direct sales vendors (such as Pampered Chef, Avon). Direct sales vendors: Please conatct Julie at 847-839-1848 or Snugglebunny58@comcast.net to confirm anyother vendor has not been accepted for your product.
Booths are 10’ Wide by 6’ Deep. Displays should be limited to 6' high so that other crafters are not blocked.
Booths are $25, Tables are $15, and Electricity is $5 (only a limited amount of booths are available with electricity). Each of these are separate purchases. Up to 2 chairs will be provided per booth free of charge.
At least two photos of the items being sold must be submitted via email to Snugglebunny58@comcast.net We will do our best to honor all requests. All booths will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
All crafters are required to make a donation of one item for the craft fair raffle table (suggested retail value of $15).
The school will be open at 7:00 am for set-up. Volunteers will help crafters unload their cars. After unloading, please park your vehicle away from the entrance to allow customers easy access to the craft fair. We ask that you have your booth set-up by 9:30 am. If you are not checked in by 9:00 am we reserve the right to give your booth to another crafter.
The Booster Club concession stand will be open. An order form will be in your welcome packet. Volunteers will be available to deliver lunch during the fair.

Hoffman Estates Loyal Parents - H.E.L.P. (HEHS Booster Club)
Hoffman Estates Loyal Parents (H.E.L.P.) is the Hoffman Estates High School Parent Booster Club. Our purpose is to support curricular and extra-curricular activities through fundraising and providing volunteer assistance. Our goal is to strengthen the connection between school and home.
