Session One: The first session will be from 10:00 am – 11:30 am. Recommended attendees include CTE Deans, College CTE Administrators, CTE Transitions or Articulation Coordinator, Individual who posts articulation credit to student transcripts (students services/enrollment person) and anyone who wants to learn about CATEMA. The following topics will be covered:
- CATEMA Overview – the basics
- Benefits and uses of CATEMA
- Regional purchase and use
- Potential future training and troubleshooting needs
11:30 – 12:15 Lunch break for those staying for second session
Session two: The second session will begin at 12:30 pm and end by 4:00 pm. Recommended attendees include CTE Transition or Articulation Coordinator and the person who posts high school articulation credit to student transcripts. The following topics will be covered:
- CATEMA Demonstration
- Site configuration requirements
- Benefits of CATEMA
- Data collection, sharing and reporting
- Q & A
