Hands-on Class: Must be 18 years old to attend.

Smoking, grilling, open fire roasting, roasting over a spit has been used since the beginning of time.  But modern BBQ’ing is a cuisine that one can say is truly American.  Memphis, Kansas City, Texas and the South are popular regional areas of the United States for BBQ.  In each regional area has it’s own subset BBQ specialty.  Join Chef Kelly in a hands on Southern BBQ emphasizing different areas of the Southern US.  So turn off the fire in your house and turn the fire in your BBQ
