Our Supper Clubs are an intimate, one of a kind dinner featuring the best local ingredients of the season prepared by chef José (of Et Voilá Restaurant) and paired with wines from Refugio Ranch Vineyards and Deovlet Wines. Come enjoy in this very personal, wine-inspired culinary experience, limited to 50 people, with priority given to the Wine Clubs of both brands.
Refugio Ranch and Deovlet Wines are honored to work with Chef José, who has "cooking in his genes." A native of Toulouse, France, José began preparing food under the watchful eyes of his restaurateur parents at the age of six. José was professionally schooled in Paris where he spent six years at restaurants such as Le Relais Paris Est and Lucas Carton. With several decades of experience under his toque, José offers a broad range of specialties from traditional French and international to more contemporary cuisine.
