Gregg Pollack founder of Envy Labs & CodeSchool in Orlando will be discussing strategies and methods for attracting the top technical talent and retaining them. Everyone who has started a company in South Florida has had that gripe that they can't find enough talent. This talk will help you solve these issues.

Often people ask Gregg if he has trouble finding talented people for Envy Labs and he has to honestly tell them no. Attracting and managing creative people is not easy, but somehow at Envy Labs they have done it. Over four years Envy Labs has gone from 4 to 36 people, and no one has left. In this talk we'll walk through 10 theories to attract the best technical talent and keep them happy.
