What: Recruiting Best Practices Conversation
A knowledge-sharing event for recruiters and HR professionals working in and with Boise technology companies to fill the talent pipeline. Topics will include:

• Utilizing LinkedIn
• Power of Internship Programs
• Marketing Positions Effectively
• Full Company Team Recruiting

When: Tuesday, August 27 8:30-10:30 a.m. 
Where: Hewlett Packard | 11311 West Chinden Boulevard

Purpose: As we are all too aware, there is a national shortage of software talent. Recently, local companies started a conversation around best practices in recruiting and how our Valley can work together to bridge the gap and grow our human capital.  On August 27th - Recruiters, HR professionals and those involved in filling the talent pipeline will gather together for a morning of conversation around best practices.

A number of efforts have started in the Valley to assist employers with talent attraction, including the production of digital marketing assets. Industry support partners look forward to sharing some of these efforts with you for your feedback and insights.
