Please join us for a day-long conference featuring a keynote address by the Honorable Juan Torruella, U.S. C.A., 1st Circuit. The first panel is entitled “History: Perspectives and Lessons” (this will include the Philippines as well as current overseas territories like Puerto Rico); the second panel is “Contemporary Issues Regarding the Territories” (this will include specific attention to American Samoa); and the third is “The Future Status of Puerto Rico.”
