REBIRTH: New Orleans Documentary Premiere - New Orleans
Wednesday, April 3, 2013 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM (CDT)
New Orleans, LA
Based on 6 years of filming, this 1-hour film tells the dramatic story of New Orleans' transition from a traditional (and failing) school system to ‘a system of schools.’ Today about 85% of students in the Big Easy attend charter schools. Graduation, attendance and test scores are going up, but charter schools are only part of the story.
The screening of this 1 hour film will begin at 5:30pm. Concessions will be on sale.
