This program addresses how to assess the critical issues relating to real estate requirements for or as a business, relative to its financial benefits or costs and will cover; Acquisition Strategies based on various Valuation Methods. We shall discuss Financial & Market dilemmas, Site and Lease Analysis including sales options features.
