Real Estate and Mortgage Markets: Current Challenges and Outlook
Thursday, June 27, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (PDT)
Palo Alto, CA
What is the current state of the real estate and mortgage markets? What happens if the Fed slows or stops the bond buying program? When might interest rates rise and how might real estate prices be impacted? Is the recent run on real estate sustainable, what is driving and what is the outlook for the next 1-2 years?
We hope that you will join us for an engaging discussion on these markets and benefit from Nancy Wallace's insights and current research. Although Nancy will not give specific investment advice, her insights were "right on" in predicting the credit crisis and in understanding the challenges over the last several years.
