Ready for love: 3 steps to sustainable partnership
Are you struggling to find a meaningful connection with someone that really gets you?
Wouldn’t you like to feel centered and confident when dating a new person?
Many women struggle with knowing what they need and stumble over asking for what they want when beginning or maintaining a relationship; they feel stuck, and scared of being alone, stopping them from truly going after what they deserve, is this you?
In this 2 hr. workshop we’ll focus on
Rewriting your Story- so that you can finally let go of that old narrative, and welcome in long term partnership that is rooted in a healthy foundation.
You’ll gain tools to honor your inner voice, learning to make decisions that are in line with your highest self, so that you can stop picking people that are emotionally unavailable, go after what you deserve, and find partners that match you.
Finally, we’ll address how to have difficult conversations while prioritizing what you want, maintaining the relationship and retaining self respect
You’ll leave with:
how to reduce dating anxiety and enjoy meeting new people
a blueprint on how to strengthen your inner voice so you can stop choosing partners for right now and start building sustainable relationships for the future
3 Keys to prepare you to approach difficult conversations with ease
the biggest myths about asking for what you want, saying no and how to overcome them.
This workshop is for you if:
you know that the reason you're not attracting the partner you deserve is because of old narratives around self worth or fear of getting hurt
you know that when you’re taking care of yourself and feeling inlove with life, that’s when you attract amazing people and opportunities
you want to feel seen, valued and connected in relationship
you’re ready to finally set yourself up for a loving partnership that lasts
