Event Details

What you know for sure is change is constant!, but are you ready to roll with the tides of change?

It's time for a personal revolution!

They're moments when you're faced with some of life's most challenging moments.  You can choose to let the chips fall where they may, or you can take a proactive approach deciding how your want your life or business to be.

You're invited to a very special event weekend to RE-group your personal mission, RE-define your direction, and RE-juvenate your inner goddess.

RE-Treat: Awaken Your Purpose & Passion is YOUR opportunity to be honest with yourself, take time to look and manage your life differently and create an interconnectedness with all of life.

Why is this so important?

If you're reading this, the Time Villian may be a vandal in your life robbing you of time necessary to create an intentional business or life, an opportunity to polish the skills necessary to pursue your dreams, and space to live fully on purpose with passion.

Together, we'll:

  • Create harmony and peace through tools like yoga
  • Build a supportive community with other like-minded souls
  • Learn how to be in service with our talents and strengths.

Who should come?

This retreat is ideal for people that may question their career path, want to dive deeper into an internal personal journey,  or want to empower themselves with more opportunity to serve their communities.

If you're a yoga teacher, studio owner, health care professional, small business owner, or a woman who wants to just embrace the experience of discovering her inner goddess, you should consider this retreat a vital way to close out 2014.

Kay Corpus, MD

Kay's approach to medicine involves finding the root cause of illness and symptoms, which is essential to health and healing. She loves to blend the best of all worlds of healing to arriva at an individual, comprehensive and holistic treatment plan for her patients. In her practice, she not only works on discovering why physical imbalance occurs, but why emotional, psychological and spiritual imbalances occur as well.

Gayle Golike, E-RYT
Philosophy: "I'm fascinated by our anatomy and pay special attention to the physical alignment in yoga postures. I find my students resond incredibly well to my "fine tuning" and are able to feel greater ease in their postures, develop more self awareness, and continually grow in what they are able to do physically and mentally."

Zen Massage, Spa, Boutique

Zen believes that the best massage is one where client and therapist work together to reach a common goal. Sharon Hathaway enjoys combining relaxation massage with therapeutic work allowing the body to "let go" of the daram and focus on healing.

Treatments includes massage, salt glows, pampering hand and feet treatements~ all designed to allow the everyday stresses of life to lift and inner strength to subtly emerge. Schedule your apt HERE. Appointments available for Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons.

Laura Mitchell, Artist

Owner of Mitchell Art Academy and artist. Laura teaches youth of all ages and adults in various art media. Her passion is teaching people who love to create. Her philosophy is "there are no mistakes."
