National implementation of Resource Description and Access (RDA), the new cataloging rules, is here. Are you on board? Please come to a week long, hands on workshop on cataloging using RDA sponsored by Brigham Young University's Harold B. Lee Library and the Utah State Library. The workshop will be from the ground up, so catalogers with any level of experience are welcome.
The Lee Library participated in the National Test of RDA during 2010 and has adopted RDA as its cataloging standard. Now, with 4 years experience doing cataloging using RDA, the Library is well equipped to help others in Utah implement the new standard. Note: this is a repeat of the 2012 session, with updates.
