They'll be serving some unbelievable beers, including 5 rare saisons, and two of the highest rated IPAs you might ever taste.

Boulevard Saison-Brett

Saison - 8.3% 38 IBUs
Saison-Brett, based on our very popular Tank 7, is assertively dry hopped, then bottle conditioned with various yeasts, including Brettanomyces, a wild strain that imparts a distinctive earthy quality. Though this farmhouse ale was given three months of bottle age prior to release, further cellaring will continue to enhance the Brett character, if that's what you're after.

Baudelaire Beer iO Saison

Saison - 6.8%
Ale brewed with rose hips, rose petals and hibiscus, then fermented with wild Brettanomyces yeast.

10 Commandments Ale

Belgian Dark Strong Ale - 9%
A stronger version of our Lost and Found Abbey Ale brewed to a more contemplative alcohol content. Massive in every stretch of the brewing way possible this is the sort of beer that will remind a beer drinker who considers themselves a saint that even saints stray as sinners from time to time. Not for the faint of heart, this beer weighs in at a heavenly 10% ABV and is available in 750 ml bottles and on draft at select locations.

Prairie Ale

Saison - 7%
Prairie Ale is our classic saison. We brew this beer with pilsner malt, wheat malt, flaked wheat, and cane sugar. A healthy dose of saaz hops are used to add a spicy element to the beer. Prairie Ale is fermented with a mix of ale yeast, wine yeast, and brettanomyces. Notes of black pepper and pineapple can be found in this beer.

Aria

Belgian Pale Ale - 7.2%
Brewed in the style of a Belgian Ale fermented with wild Brettanomyces yeast. Pours a clear copper color with a frothy white head. Aromas of Belgian yeast and earthiness. Medium-bodied with a solid backbone of malt. Flavors of sweet fruit and citrus with earthy notes. Moderate hop bitterness.

Modus Hoperandi

American IPA - 6.8% 65 IBUs
It's Old Man Bitter A mix of citrus and pine that will remind you of the time you went on a vision quest with your Native American cousin and you woke up in a pine grove full of grapefruit trees. An American-style India Pale Ale with a deep golden-orange color. Bitter and hoppy, with a surprisingly smooth finish. Modus Hoperandi, an IPA sitting at 6.8% ABV and 65 IBUs. Pairs well with strong, spicy foods such as curries/Thai food. Also works well with smoked or grilled meats.

Hercules Double IPA

Imperial IPA - 10%
Hercules Double IPA is not for the faint of heart. It is, however, fit for the gods. HERCULES delivers a huge amount of hops from start to finish. Its hefty backbone of nutty, malty sweetness balances its aggressive hop profile. 10% ABV

The Story of The Great Pine Tar Incident of 1983:

On July 24th, 1983, George Brett hammered a home run for the Kansas City Royals against the Yankees, giving them a ninth inning lead. Things were great until the Yank's manager busted Brett for using too much Pine Tar on his bat, resulting in an epic meltdown from Brett as an obscure rule threatened their win. A 25 day long saga ensued that involved not only the American League president Lee McPhail and George Steinbrenner, but also two judges from the State Supreme Court. 30 years later, here we are, celebrating the whole dang thing with five of our favorite beers brewed with brettanomyces, a funky yeast strain colloquially known as Brett, and two outstanding piney IPAs.

So join us to enjoy these bretty, piney beers!

Cheers,

Team Pintley
