  • Drink the uncommon 10% N'ice Chouffe on draft, a dark strong Belgian spiced with Thyme & curacao and refermented in the keg!

Ommegang Hop House

Belgian Pale Ale - 6%
Hop House pays homage to the historic hop farm that stood on the brewery grounds over 100 years ago. Hop House combines the delicious aromas and flavors of a Belgian-style ale with generous hopping, including dry-hopping. A well-balanced, yet ample, hop character defines this fine pale ale, bringing Belgian-style beer lovers and hop-heads together to enjoy our Belgian-American love child.

Ommegang Wild at Heart

Wild Ale - 8%
Wild At Heart is an audacious new ale in our brewer's obsession series. In a rarely-employed technique we use only wild brettanomyces yeast in primary fermentation - the very heart of the beer. The brett yeast imparts robust fruit flavors and aromas, and combines with Motueka and topaz hops to create uncommon tastes and aromas, Wild at Heart pours a rich amber hue with a full white head. Aromas include mango, pineapple, and passion fruit. Complex flavors present a touch of tartness, carefully balanced with gentle malt sweetness and subtle hop bitterness. For enhanced tartness, simply let the beer age.

Chocolate Indulgence Stout

Stout - 7%
On October 13, 2007, at out Brewery Tenth Anniversary Party (Waffles and Puppets) we introduced Ommegang Chocolate Indulgence Stout to the world. Chocolate Indulgence comes with a thick tan head of foam resting on top of the rich onyx-colored liquid. The aroma immediately speaks of dark chocolate and dark malts. The gentle herbal nose of Perle hops compliments the darker notes, making the beer savory to the senses. The taste continues with the intense Belgian dark chocolate gliding across the tongue; starting sweet up front but giving way to rich cocoa flavors at the back. Through it all, a subtle fruitiness from our special Belgian yeast gives the beer brightness otherwise foreign to a beer style normally associated with gray foggy skies. Lingering chocolate entices the drinker to taste more. Go ahead. Dessert is good for the soul.

Liefmans Goudenband

Flanders Brown Ale/Oud Bruin - 8%
Liefmans Goudenband is one of the most distinctive dark beers in the world. Made in open vats with beer of mixed fermentation, it is left to mature for four to 12 months in the cellar. Mature beer is then blended with younger beer, so the fermentation process starts up again. Liefmans Goudenband is a beer for storing, and keeps improving over the years like a fine wine. Even after ten years, this dark red beer tastes as fresh as ever. You'll immediately pick up on the wonderful aromas of caramel, apple, rhubarb, cherries and malt. On the taste buds you will find hints of apple and cherries, combined with woody notes, while the aftertaste hints at nuts and dried raisins.

N'ice Chouffe

Belgian Dark Strong Ale - 10%
The N'ice Chouffe is a strong dark beer that will warm you up during the winter months. It is spiced (with thyme and curacao) and a light hop taste, a well-balanced beer. The N'ice Chouffe is unfiltered, and re-fermented in the bottle as well as in the keg.

Tripel Perfection

Belgian Tripel - 8.9%
Ommegang's brewers spent several years refining their ideas of what a "perfect" tripel would be. In the original style, a Belgian tripel is a golden ale, from 8.5% to 10% ABV, with fruity flavors and aromas coming from the yeast. Tripels are simply brewed, but with great attention to detail. Ommegang Tripel Perfection goes beyond the exquisite attention to detail and adds spices to subtly enhance aromas and flavors. The result is a fine ale honoring Belgian brewing tradition, while also expanding on it in the new Ommegang tradition.

Duvel Tripel Hop 2013

Belgian Pale Ale - 9.5%
Duvel Tripel Hop is brewed with three hop varieties and each year the third hop is changed to provide its own unique taste and aroma. This keeps the final flavor profile surprisingly exciting for any true beer lover. For 2013 our brewers selected the exotic hop Sorachi Ace from Japan. By using three instead of two hop varieties to brew, we obtain additional hop aromas and an increased bitterness. The typical Duvel palate is enriched with Sorachi Ace hops providing fresh notes of citrus and mint. Sorachi Ace hops are added again during ?dry-hopping?, extracting additional hop aromas into the beer. The higher aromatic intensity rounds out the beer, backing the final alcohol content of 9.5%.

Cheers!
