Event Details

Join us for unique rare beers, a new winter IPA, specialty food pairings, and great company on Monday, 11/25!
  • Be one of the few to try the limited Lips of Faith 8% Sour Imperial Berliner Weissebrewed with the strange East Asian Yuzu fruit and the souring "Brett" and "Lacto" yeast strains.
  • Try the single-batch Coconut Curry Hefeweizen, brewed with coconut, cinnamon, ginger, kaffir lime, and even cayennes. Indian spices blend with banana and clove from the yeast, and 8% of alcohol smoothes the finish.

  • Meet the New Belgium crew and enjoy specialty food pairings.
These beers won't last long - Check the full beer list and RSVP here.

This event is free to attend, pay as you eat/drink. Paired food specials will be available.

They'll be serving some incredible beers, including two single-batch brews.

Lips Of Faith Yuzu Imperial Berliner Weisse

Berliner Weisse - 8% 6 IBUs
Yuzu is a strange fruit- citrusy and bold. Those three words: strange, citrus and bold are the perfect beginnings for a great beer. So, our brewers paired yuzu with the sourness of a Berlinerweiss to create this beerlicious Yuzu Berlinerweiss. Brewed with pale malt and wheat this Berlinerwiess was acidified with Lactobacillus for a light, dry mouthfeel and tart refreshment. Hazy and straw-colored, the yuzu fruit brings a tropical charm to a traditional beer.

Lips Of Faith - Coconut Curry Hefeweizen

American Wheat or Rye Beer - 8% 14 IBUs
Coconut Curry Hefeweizen has been pouring down the history of American Home Brewing for many years, from the legendary Charlie Papazian to the 2010 National Homebrewer, Remi Bonnart. The latter helped New Belgium brew this hazy, straw-colored gem to life. The aroma is bold and big with coconut and curry tones and a hint of banana from the hefe yeast. With a vast spice list of cinnamon, coriander, fenugreek, ginger, kaffir lime, and cayenne pepper this beer carries a bit of heat but the alcohol soothes the finish. Coconut Curry Hefe will leave an inquisitive smile on the drinker's mug.

Accumulation IPA

India Pale Ale (IPA) - 6.2% 70 IBUs
This winter, IBUs start accumulating like snow in Colorado with our new Accumulation White IPA. Brewing a white IPA was not only a way to salute the white beauty falling from the sky, but a direct revolt to the longstanding tradition of brewing dark beers for winter. At least that's what our rebellious brewer Grady Hull likes to claim as he shovels in plenty of new hop varietals and a bit of wheat for a smooth mouthfeel. Stack up a few cases of Accumulation White IPA to keep your long nights glowing blizzard white.

New Belgium Fat Tire Amber Ale

American Amber Ale - 5.2%
Belgian beers use a far broader palette of ingredients than German or English styles. Fat Tire won fans with its sense of balance: toasty, biscuit-like malt flavors coasting in equilibrium with hoppy freshness.
