Bourbon County Brand Stout 2013

Imperial Stout - 14.5%
One of the most sought-after beers in the craft beer world. It has been recognized by judges at the Great American Beer Festival and the World Beer Cup. BCBS is dark and dense in a powerful yet silky body made to be sipped. Its nose is an intense mix of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and smoke; finishing with a signature bourbon heat only this bold stout could harness.

Bourbon County Brand Stout 2012

Imperial Stout - 15% 60 IBUs
Brewed in honor of the 1000th batch at our original Clybourn brewpub. A liquid as dark and dense as a black hole with thick foam the color of a bourbon barrel. The nose is an intense mix of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and smoke. One sip has more flavor than your average case of beer.

Goose Island Kisetsu

Saison - 10%
Kisetsu is a special experimental Sake Saison brewed with koji and Sake yeast to produce a hybrid beer like nothing Goose Island has brewed before. Brewed only once, as part of the Fulton and Wood Series.

Goose Island Big John

Imperial Stout - 11.5%
Inspired by the epic skyline of Chicago, Goose Island's brewers set out to craft Big John; a tall, bold slugger of a stout that stands out vividly against the little soft beers out there. Epic amounts of roasted malt and an addition of cacoa nibs give Big John a massive chocolate flavor and aroma. With a body as substantial and black as the building to which it pays homage, Big John is sure to inspire a sense of awe with each sip.

Goose Island Green Line Pale Ale

American Pale Ale - 5% 30 IBUs
Green Line Pale Ale is a honey-colored, immensely sessionable American pale ale with a pronounced, bright, American hop aroma and citrus flavor. Notes of biscuit and lightly toasted malt create the backbone for Green Line's pleasant, crisp bitterness. Green Line Pale Ale is the beer at the heart of Goose Island's environmental sustainability initiative, the Green Line Project.
Cheers!
