Black Butte XXV Porter

Robust Porter - 11.3% 64 IBUs
Dates, figs and chocolate. Black currants, barrel-aged in bourbon casks. The result is an Imperial Porter with a tart berry and chocolate aroma with luscious layers of dried fruit, oak and vanilla. A fitting tribute to the 25th Anniversary of our flagship beer. Pairings: Almond Pancakes with Sour Cherry Syrup, Black-Pepper Crusted New York Steaks with Black Truffle Vinaigrette, Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates with Prosciutt

Dark Sky Imperial Stout

Imperial Stout - 9%
This foreboding stout is a beer lover?s winter dream come true. It is pitch-black in color, unctuous in body, elusively complex in flavor, warming in alcohol and piquantly hoppy. The 2010-release version is slightly more British in character than previous versions: e.g. more British malt, lower IBU and milder hop varieties, less use of Japanese black sugar, and fermentation with a British ale yeast.

Bell's Expedition Stout 2013

Imperial Stout - 10.5%
One of the earliest examples of the Russian Imperial Stout in the United States, Expedition Stout offers immensely complex flavors crafted specifically with vintage aging in mind, as its profile will continue to mature and develop over the years. A huge malt body is matched to a heady blend of chocolate, dark fruits, and other aromas. Intensely bitter in its early months, the flavors will slowly meld and grow in depth as the beer ages.

Brash Smoglifter Imperial Chocolate Milk Stout

Imperial Stout - 10%
Don't wreck a sublime chocolate experience by feeling guilty. Chocolate isn't like premarital sex. It will not make you pregnant. And it always feels good. Imperial chocolate milk stout brewed with real cocoa, clocking in at 10%abv, and making love to your mouth like a horny sorority girl.

Blaecorn Unidragon Russian Imperial Stout

Imperial Stout - 12.5%
ABV 12.5% Brewed with a monstrous amount of malt and combined with aggressive American hops, this beer is powerful and complex and designed to age. Smokiness is subtle but present and blends nicely with the rich, dark flavors.

Porcine Unidragon Barrel Aged Smoked Stout

Imperial Stout - 12.5%
This is Blaecorn Unidragon made with Beechwood Smoked malt, which adds a natural meaty note (there is no actual meat in the brew). Aged 100% bourbon barrels. Brewed with a monstrous amount of malt and combined with aggressive American hops, this beer is powerful and complex. Little piggies run, squeal to the heavens: Clown Shoes wishes you luck.

Vampire Slayer Smoked Imperial Stout

Imperial Stout - 11%
In a world full of uncertainty, hardship, and people trying to hold us back, do we need Vampires, too? Clown Shoes says, "No! Die, monsters, die!" Our second anniversary ale incorporates signature dark malts, holy water, and malt smoked locally with hickory, ash, and vampire killing stakes.

Bourbon County Brand Stout 2013

Imperial Stout - 14.5%
One of the most sought-after beers in the craft beer world. It has been recognized by judges at the Great American Beer Festival and the World Beer Cup. BCBS is dark and dense in a powerful yet silky body made to be sipped. Its nose is an intense mix of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and smoke; finishing with a signature bourbon heat only this bold stout could harness.

Lakefront 25th Anniversary Imperial Stout

Imperial Stout - 10%
Lakefront plans to release 4 beers to commemorate their 25th Anniversary. The first release was on December 2nd, the company's official birthday. The beer is an imperial stout brewed with chocolate/cocoa nibs, vanilla bean and cherries.

Revolution Bean Gene

Robust Porter - 9% 28 IBUs
Bean Gene is the first variation we did with our Mean Gene barrel-aged Eugene Porter. After months socked away in bourbon barrels, we steeped it with Dark Matter coffee beans prior to bottling. Smooth and well-balanced, with hints of vanilla and an in-your-face coffee flavor, enjoy it at breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Great Lakes Blackout Stout

Imperial Stout - 9% 85 IBUs
A Russian Imperial Stout named for the infamous Blackout of 2003 that left the Northeastern United States in complete darkness, Blackout Stout is a pretty useful friend to have around. Hearty and resourceful, he knows how to make his own fun. Crack open a bottle and you will too. Rich malt body and strong hop flavor.

Northwind Imperial Stout

Imperial Stout - 8.5%
Northwind is a deep dark robust Imperial Stout. This velvety stout starts with a nice caramel sweetness and is loaded in chocolate and firm roasty maltiness. It is balanced with a generous helping of hops and the mild presence of alcohol. A big winter warmer.

Colorado Ithaca / Guanabara

Imperial Stout - 10% 60 IBUs
Guanabara is Brazil's first Imperial Stout, brewed with quality malt and hops, it also uses a special dark version of the native rapadura sugar, made by boiling down sugar cane juice. The result is an explosion of flavors, layered and complex.

Victory at Sea Coffee Vanilla Imperial Porter

Porter - 10%
Two of the world's oldest beverages join forces to conquer your palate. Victory at Sea embodies the art of masterful brewing by infusing a velvety Imperial Porter with pure vanilla flavor and specially-selected, hand roasted coffee from Caffe Calabria . The addition of cold brewed coffee to the beer lends a subtle roasted flavor to this robust imperial porter, blending perfectly with rich vanilla and caramel undertones.

Three Floyds Moloko

Sweet Stout - 8% 30 IBUs
This Milk Stout is brewed with a portion of golden naked oats and lactose milk sugar to give it a rounded and full-bodied mouth feel. With a deep roasted and slightly sweet maltiness.

Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Break Natale Pretty Please With A Cherry On Top

Robust Porter - 11.5%
Imperial Biscotti Break with sour cherries added. Flavors of sweet caramel, coffee, milk chocolate, brown sugar, and vanilla.

Creme Brulee Imperial Milk Stout

Imperial Stout - 10%
We are not the harbingers of truth as some may suggest but it may indeed be argued that our brewing philosophy is tantamount to a dessert with a bellicose past. How, you may ask, would a brewery determine a likeness to hard-coated custard? Our response is simple; it's all in the power of history, and of course, the extra finesse needed to top off a contentious treat with definition. By comprehending the labyrinthine movement of time, one would not think it strange to trace the errant path of an ordinary object such as a cream dessert only to discover that it has been the cause of cultural disputes since the middle ages. The British founders of burnt cream and from Spain, crema catalana, both stand by their creative originality and we respect that, but it was the French Creme Brulee, amid the strife of contention, that survived to represent our deliciously creamy brew.
