In his talk, "Raising Healthy Children in an Unhealthy Society," Dr. Meske will discuss five specfic ways to not only make family life less difficult, but also how to raise children to grow-up to be healthier, happier and more effective in living life and in living as a family.
Five specific ingredients needed for a happier, healthier family life:
- Sense of Motivation
- We have relationships not just roles
- Effective communication/problem solving
- Clear, fair, and lived up to expectations
- Affection and nurturing
