Event Details

Dr. Doug Meske has been a practicing psychotherapist in the Milwaukee area since 1968 and since that time has touched the lives of tens of thousands of people through his practice, lectures and retreats.  In his talk, "Raising Healthy Children in an Unhealthy Society," Dr. Meske will discuss five specfic ways to not only make family life less difficult, but also how to raise children to grow-up to be healthier, happier and more effective in living life and in living as a family.

Five specific ingredients needed for a happier, healthier family life:

  • Sense of Motivation
  • We have relationships not just roles
  • Effective communication/problem solving
  • Clear, fair, and lived up to expectations
  • Affection and nurturing

This is a program for parents and children of all ages.  Please join us on Thursday evening, Sept. 11th from 6:30-8pm in the Oconomowoc Arts Center as we kick off the 2014-15 school year on a healthy note!
