What is a bar crawl?
A bar crawl (also known as a pub crawl or barhopping) is an event where people drink at multiple bars in one night, usually walking to places between drinking.
What do I do with my ticket?
In your email confirmation, you will find a link to print your ticket. Print out the PDF (or pull up the ticket with the Eventbrite app on your smartphone!) and bring this with you to the participating bars on April 28, 2012 between 8pm and midnight. This will give you access to exclusive drink specials. Make sure that the "Name" part of the ticket has your name that matches your ID.
Can I buy tickets for my buddies, too?
Yes! When asked for "Ticket Buyer" when you purchase the ticket, put your buddy's name that matches his/her ID. Each ticket must be purchased individually.
What are the participating bars?
Blue Cue (28th and J), Golden Bear (24th and K), Level Up Lounge (25th and J), River Rock Tap House (24th and J), Monsoon (16th and K), Cafeteria 15L (15th and L) from 9 to 11pm, and Hoppy Brewing Company (63rd and Folsom). Is there a designated bar crawl route?
Nope! You and your friends may come and go to your favorite participating bars.
What should I bring to Raise Pints to Raise Hope?
Bring your driver's license or state ID to the bars for verifying that you are 21-years-old or older. Bring cash to make service at the bars go more smoothly. Bring cab fare or a designated driver to ensure a safe trip home. Wear your pink apparel to show your support for the cause. Bring your buddies along for this memorable night!
Do I have to be over 21?
Although you cannot drink alcohol, certain Raise Pints to Raise Hope venues are restaurants and do offer food specials: Monsoon, Cafeteria 15L, and Hoppy Brewing Company
What happens to the money from my ticket sale?
100% of your donation from the ticket sale goes directly to Save Ourselves Breast Cancer Organization.

About the Save Ourselves Breast Cancer Organization
Save Ourselves is a Sacramento-based, private, non-profit breast cancer organization serving the Greater Sacramento Region. Save Ourselves offers a variety of support services to individuals affected directly or indirectly by breast cancer. These services include a telephone hotline staffed 24/7 with professionally trained peer counselors, professionally led support groups held in Sacramento as well as outlying areas supporting individuals in all stages of treatment, and educational events for the community. About the Raise Pints to Raise Hope Organizers
Cassie is a Sacramento native who loves organizing bar crawls. She was inspired to organize Raise Pints to Raise Hope as a celebration of her mom's fifth year of remission from breast cancer. Cassie is a student at SJSU earning a Masters in Biological Sciences, and hopes to pursue a career as a cancer biology researcher. She is also the owner of Mornings On Fire, the official sponsor of Raise Pints to Raise Hope.
Daniel is a Sacramento native with a passion for building community during fun service and fundraising events. From Relay for Life to NorCal AIDS Cycle, a multi-day bicycle ride to raise awareness and money for local organizations serving those affected by AIDS, Daniel loves working and playing to make life better for others. Raise Pints to Raise Hope promises to be a great time for a great cause. Daniel can’t wait to meet you this April!
