RadioVision Day 3: Reinventing Radio Hack Day

Hack day: Reinventing Radio with the FMA, the Echo Nest and Zeega
WFMU and the Free Music Archive invite hackers, musicians, digital storytellers and DIY media-makers to devote a day to reinvent radio using images, social media, and open archive materials.
This isn’t a typical hack day, because there are no prerequisites for participation. You don’t even need to know how to code, though if you do, you’ll have lots to tinker with...
- Explore The Echo Nest's Platform Showcase
- Demo a Free Music Archive / Echo Nest hack that allows you to search for any artist, and returns results from within the Free Music Archive's library of primarily Creative Commons music
- Zeega to debut experimental HTML5 Platform for Digital Storytelling
Registration is free with admission to the WFMU Record Fair, and every registrant gets a delicious DUB Pie!
