NO REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT UNLESS YOU TOOK THE pre-requisite:  Session I -- Intro to QuickBooks  

Session 2 - This is where we begin our “hands-on” QuickBooks experience. Computers will be available in the classroom with a working copy of QuickBooks installed. If you prefer, you can bring your own notebook computer if you have QuickBooks installed. In this segment we will cover QB Pro and Premier features; Navigation and Menus; Getting Help in QB; Express Setup; Setup Options; Chart of Accounts; Company Information and Bank Accounts; Company File Maintenance; Setting Up Items and Lists; Modifying and Deleting Entries and other discussions as required.

Cost will be $30. Minimum registration is 5 individuals. Maximum registration is 20 individuals.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  This class will meet in Rm. 215 in Carroll Hall for computer access.  Carroll Hall is located on campus on Ebenezer Road.  Parking for this workshop will be in the lot directly across the road from Carroll Hall.

The Winthrop Region Small Business Development Center serves 15 South Carolina counties, assisting existing small businesses as well as individuals considering opening a business, or in the start-up stage of business.  We serve 1-person businesses as well as businesses up to 500 employees. 

We are a part of the SC State SBDC and the national ASBDC (www.asbdc-us.org), where you may find an SBDC office near you.

Our services include assisting with business plan development, estimating start-up costs and income projections, private business consultations, low cost business workshops and seminars, marketing strategies, website development for local search, financing options, employee management, government contracting information, and more.
