There will be a free coach service for new international students arriving at Heathrow Airport on
Saturday 16th September and Sunday 17th September 2017
to take students to the Mile End Campus. This service is free of charge to new Queen Mary students but requires you to book a place in advance. The coaches will run between 8am and 10pm - please note if your flight arrives at Heathrow after 9pm, we cannot guarantee a place on the transfer service due to immigration turnaround times.
Coaches will depart from Heathrow Terminal 3 - if you arrive into a different terminal please make your way to Terminal 3 'Meeting Point', where our staff and student ambassadors will be waiting to meet and greet you. We will be wearing blue T-shirts with Queen Mary logo and holding QMUL logo lollipop-shaped signs! The meeting point is located in the Arrivals area - near the seating area and is marked with a yellow symbol on the ceiling.

Family and friends
The airport collection service is for Queen Mary students only. If you are travelling with family members or friends they are welcome to travel on the coach only if there are spaces available. Priority is always given to students.
