The Future of Meetings: What's New, What's Now, What's Next?
This educational session qualifies for 1 CMP clock hour in the CMP-IS Domain: A, Strategic Planning category.
We've assembled a group of meeting industry leaders to join us live/virtually to discuss the future of meetings. In each city we've worked to bring a diverse panel that covers the planning, supply and hotel perspective. We'll address your burning questions during our panel discussion. Then later, during the group challenge, you'll have a chance to share what your vision for the future of meeting is (and win a fun prize in the process!).
Panelists vary from city to city. The panelists in Denver will include*:
- Claire Gould (Rx for Catering): International Meeting Planning, Culinary Negotiations
- Traci Gregory (Transforums): Contract Negotiations
- Gary Schirmacher, CMP (Experient, A Maritz Travel Company): Crisis Management, Sourcing, Trends
- Kristi Casey Sanders (Plan Your Meetings): Meeting Technology, Innovation
Contact us and we’ll send you a ROI report showing how our events will help you contribute to your organization’s bottom line.

Help us Clean the World!
At every event in 2013, we’ll be collecting unused soaps and donations for Clean the World, an amazing organization that’s transforming what’s wasted in this industry into lifesaving gifts for people in need of proper sanitation. Read more about the fantastic work they do or attend PYM LIVE to hear how you can make a difference at your events.

What is a "qualified meeting planner"?
Because we also want to provide value to our exhibiting partners, we define this as a person who plans at least one (and hopefully more) off-site meetings a year. We don't discriminate against students and aspiring planners, though! But if you are a student or someone just breaking into the industry, you might want to start with our Virtual Attendee option. Otherwise, you won't be able to enjoy a large portion of the event.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If you find yourself unable to attend, but you have a friend who is a qualified meeting planner, let us know and we will honor the ticket you purchased when they bring it with them.
What is the refund policy?
We're meeting planners too, we realize that sometimes life just happens. If you need to cancel, let Claudia Madigan know and we'll refund the cost of the ticket, minus the Eventbrite fees. If they let us waive those, we'll refund the full amount of the purchase.
