Puzzles, Perception, & Alphabet Soup: Reading & Writing Readiness for Preschoolers

Workshop Details:

This Reading and Writing Readiness Workshop will prepare you and your child with the tools and knowledge to develop strong foundational skills for reading and graphomotor output, including:

• upper body and core strength movement patterns

• understanding of directionality

• eye-hand coordination development

• practice of grasping patterns

• cognitive-perceptual development

• in-hand manipulation practice and strengthening

As the parent, you will receive insight and understanding into which whole body skills support reading and writing readiness, as well as a toolkit of great resources for continued support of your child's development.

When:

6 session workshop: Mon-Wed-Thurs August 15, 17, 18, 22, 24, 25

9:15 am Preschoolers 36-48 months

Cost:

$120, includes 6 group sessions of no more than 4 children and parent tool kit
