In this seminar we will focus on two different areas of this “heel” of the boot that is Italy – the north and south of this region rich with archealogic treasures. We will learn how the geology and location of Puglia shapes the wines, and taste through the wines of the local varietals – negroamaro, primitivo, aglianico and more.
Led by NASA President Alessia Botturi together with Tormaresca winery representative, Vito Palumbo, visiting from Puglia. Finger food will accompany the wines.
