For nearly 30 years Mickey G. Nall, APR, Fellow PRSA, has been developing award-winning national and regional campaigns for clients, and as managing director of the one of the world’s largest communications companies, Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, he counsels major corporations, government clients and non-profits on delivering the brand promise. In his Storytelling, Media Relations & Reputation: Putting it All Together for Your Brand session, Mickey invites the audience to focus on their brands’ reputation. He’ll demonstrate how you have to create your own content; become a storyteller and engage your employees as advocates to succeed on the brand promise. Mickey will bring it all together in an insightful and engaging presentation demonstrating that while the brand is the promise an organization makes to its stakeholders, reputation is how you live up to that promise.

Mickey G. Nall, APR, Fellow PRSA, is managing director of Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. With Ogilvy PR for more than half of his professional career, Mickey worked in the agency’s Washington, D.C., office for more than a decade before assuming the role of managing director in Atlanta in 2005. He is a member of Ogilvy PR’s global management committee.
His clients at Ogilvy have included the Federal Emergency Management Agency; Brand Atlanta); Darden Specialty Restaurant Group; NCR Silver; U.S. Fire Administration (USFA); United Way of America; U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC); America Automobile Association (AAA National); The Coca-Cola Company; and General Electric. Prior to his move to Atlanta, Mickey served in The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy as the on-site liaison between Ogilvy & Mather and the National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign. The anti-drug campaign is the nation’s largest-ever social marketing campaign.
An active member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Mickey is the 2013 Chairman & CEO of PRSA National – the world’s largest public relations professional society. Previously, he served on the PRSA National Board of Directors (Southeast District); two terms in the Assembly House of Delegates and a variety of committees, task forces and programs for the National Capital and Georgia Chapters. Mickey also is a former trustee of the PRSA Foundation and former Advisory Council member of the National Center for Health Marketing at the CDC.
Mickey chaired the University of Florida’s College of Journalism & Communications Public Relations Advisory Council in 2007. In May 2009, he was named a Distinguished Alumnus of the University of Florida's College of Journalism & Communications; in 2011, he was named the first-ever Public Relations Executive in Residence at the University of Oregon.
He is accredited in Public Relations and a member of PRSA’s College of Fellows (2008) and has won many industry awards, including the Silver Anvil. Mickey received a master's degree in Journalism and Communications from the University of Florida (1982).

The Citrus Club is located on the 18th floor of the BB&T Bank Building, at the corner of Orange Avenue and Jackson Street in downtown Orlando. Parking is available in the Jackson Street parking lot and the Lincoln garage on Orange Avenue. Meter parking is also available on the adjacent streets. Unfortunately, we do not validate parking.
