Do the words ratatouille, tapenade, rosé ring a bell? Provence, the beautiful region that sits at the scenic crossroads of southern France, the Italian Alps, and the Mediterranean, is home to some of the finest food and wine France has to offer!
Come and hear Award-winning photographer & Director of Provence Wine council Francois Millo and sommelier & cookbook author Viktorija Todorovska, who will crack the code of Provence and share its legendary Art de vivre with you!
Francois and Viktorija will talk about the book, the region, and their collaboration (in English) and show some of the beautiful photographs from it. The presentation will be followed by a book signing session and a sampling of “Provence Food and Wine” recipes will be served… along with some special wines from Provence!
