This foundational class is designed for small businesses entering the government market, and experienced contractors wanting to brush up on fundamentals. The class covers the basic parts of a proposal, and how they are organized. It also summarizes foundational principles in developing and submitting effective proposals. This class is only an introduction to the field. It is NOT a proposal writing class. "Good Writing Techniques-How to get started."
