Northeast Florida Community Development Collaboration's Property Management Training Workshop pt. II
Last October’s Property Management session was successful and well attended, and this will be a follow up topic to that. Join us if you are a nonprofit organization that is considering expansion (or are already are) into the rental property market and need assistance in getting your property management operations off the ground.
The session will include in-depth, interactive presentations on the self-management role, fair housing law, and other topics. Participants will come away from the workshop with a better understanding of the drivers that shape an organization's property management approach and things to consider when implementing each. Resources will be provided for take home.
