Learn more about cognitive screening and managing the challenging symptoms of Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia with Dr. Thomas Caprio, project co-director of the Finger Lakes Geriatric Education Center.

This free conference for physicians and other health care providers will also explore the role they have in supporting family caregivers with Dr. Brian Heppard, medical director for Optum/Evercare in upstate New York.

We serve individuals and families facing Alzheimer's disease and other diseases, including multi-infarct dementia, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease, Lewy body dementia and Pick's disease.
