Event Details

Missed the frist Botanic Garden's PD?

Well you have another opportunity to experience the Botanic Garden's after-hours.

The United States Botanic Garden (USBG) has prepared an evening filled with wonder, we go behind the scenes in this workshop on trees from around the world.  This hands-on experience will explore the rich diversity of trees, from the source of chocolate to the disappearing Longleaf pine.  We will explore energy in chemical processes, from molecules to organisms, examine amazing adaptations and learn of the impact humans are having on the earth’s canopy for a better understanding of the diverse environments that make up our world’s biomes.
