Proper etiquette for email, conference calls, video calls, telephone calls and various forms of social media will be addressed.
What time does check-in begin?
Upon arrival, you will need to go to the registration table located just outside the meeting room to sign in and gather materials. Check-in begins 45 minutes prior to the seminar time.
Please be sure to arrive a few minutes early, to find a seat and get settled in. The seminar will be begin promptly on time. There is a lot of information to cover and it is not fair to the other participants to have to wait.
Is there a cost for parking?
No. There is no cost for parking.
Where do I park?
As you pull into the hotel parking lot from International Parkway, follow the road around, past the main entrance, to the right. Parking alongside the right side of the hotel will provide you access to the main doors leading directly to the conference rooms.
Will drinks/food be provided?
Coffee & water will be provided FREE OF CHARGE during the seminar. For those wanting additional beverages or snacks, there is a Starbucks located in the lobby of the hotel.
My company signed up several people to attend. For whatever reason, one of the registrants is now unable to attend and we would like to send another employee in his place. Is that okay?
