Produce Perfection with Slow Food South Bay: Fall Produce

Have you ever wondered how to pick out the perfect butternut squash? How about the juiciest pomegranate? Wonder no longer! In this hands-on cooking class you’ll be collecting your ingredients with the help of our friendly and knowledgeable produce team members and then taking those ingredients back to the Culinary Center to make some delicious fall recipes! We’ll also have the opportunity to sample some local wines selected by our wine specialists! Half of the proceeds will be donated to the Slow Food South Bay organization.
