Come and hear three transaction-making executives from well-known private equity (PE) groups share how savvy investors see the A&D industry as it pivots with the times.   These three PE groups make significant A&D equity investments and well understand the A&D space.

Our Panelists 


Craig Enenstein is Chief Executive Officer of Corridor Capital, which he founded in September 2005.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Control Devices, TrashMasters, CCT Holdco (a portfolio of aerospace companies including Wetmore, USIT and Arvan), MIH Holdings, the Wharton Alumni Executive Board of Directors and Wharton Private Equity Partners.
Previously, Mr. Enenstein served as the Chief Investment Officer of Omninet Capital, Senior Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at Liberty Digital, Inc.  Prior to joining Liberty Digital in 1999, Mr. Enenstein held positions at Knowledge Universe, LLC, a for-profit education investment fund led by Michael Milken, Lowell Milken and Larry Ellison. Mr. Enenstein also served as a strategy consultant for both Bain & Co. and LEK Consulting.

Mr. Enenstein holds an M.B.A from The Wharton School, an M.A. in International Studies from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.  

Trey Sykes joined Inverness Graham in 2002. In 2007, Trey launch the firm's West Coast office. His responsibilities include sourcing and assessing investment opportunities, negotiating acquisition and financing transactions and managing portfolio companies post-acquisition.  Trey's board representation includes Nobles, ElectriTek AVT, Nexergy, DemandPoint, SkyBitz, Nexiant, and ExtruMed.


Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Trey worked at GE Equity specializing in private equity and direct investments. Trey's prior experience included positions at Lehman Brothers Venture Partners and in investment banking for Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin where he advised various technology clients.


Trey earned his B.S. from the University of California at Berkeley and his M.B.A from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Brian Zaumeyer joined Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC in 2009 as a Principal. Mr. Zaumeyer currently serves on the Board of Wencor, L-Com, and BarrierSafe Solutions International, Inc.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Zaumeyer was a principal at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, where he focused on sourcing, executing and monitoring private equity investments in middle market companies. Prior to joining DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, he worked in the Investment Banking Divisions of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse from 2000 to 2005, where he focused on financing and advisory services for financial sponsor clients.

A native of New York, Mr. Zaumeyer received his MBA from Columbia University and his BS from Georgetown University.
