Principles of Lean Manufacturing with Live Simulation is an eight-hour workshop that combines comprehensive classroom presentation with hands-on simulation of a production facility. Presented by NJMEP, this workshop serves as an introduction for manufacturers in pursuit of manufacturing process improvements. Participants will:
- Become knowledgeable about the basic concepts of lean manufacturing
- View a demonstration of the tools and methodology necessary to implement “lean” on the shop floor
