Pricing Fundamentals Every Startup Should Know

This class introduces the fundamentals of pricing. Tools will be provided for startups to take a quasi-comprehensive look into pricing today and to create an exhaustive pricing approach for the future.
We will cover:
- What is strategic pricing and how tactics can be equally important
- Why value is critical to setting and communicating price
- How psychology is important to pricing
- How to set the price and plan for growth
Instructor: Jonathan Printzian
Jonathan Printzian is a practitioner and active student of pricing. He is currently responsible for setting the prices for Symantec's Norton brand, a $2B business. Jonathan holds an MBA from Northwestern University and has further studied pricing through a University of Chicago Booth's Executive Education course. To continue to advance his expertise in pricing, Jonathan is currently taking a behavioral economics course and will be attending the Professional Pricing Society Annual Spring Conference. His expertise expands beyond pricing and include go-to-market strategy, financial modeling, scenario and strategic planning, business intelligence and analytics.
