Will lawsuits force new rules that forbid tackling in professional football? And should kids play contact sports, including football, hockey and soccer? While America gears up for the Super Bowl, Tribune reporter Nina Metz will introduce a screening of the documentary, “Head Games,” directed by Steve James (“Hoop Dreams”). The screening will be followed by a discussion with Tribune deputy sports editor Tim Bannon, WGN Radio host and former Chicago Bear Glen Kozlowski and Northwestern professor and sports writer Bill Savage about whether professional and youth sports leagues are taking head injuries seriously enough – and how this may change the face of sports in dramatic ways in the future. $15. 6 p.m. Tribune Tower, 435 N. Michigan Ave.
